lazy dogs = lazy lauras
today was a good day, although overall rather unproductive. we slept off and on all day. the puppies make it so easy just to konk out. they love to lay on you. and really, who can force the cutest face in the world to wake up?
we did manage to get out for dinner. we went to a mexican restraunt that is very close to the apartment. we could probably walk, but it would be more like a swim. it's very humid. my body is still not used to it. the food was very good, and we also got a half-pitcher of margaritas. the waitress did not even card us. perhaps i am finally looking my age.
we planned to take the dogs on yet another trip to the pet store, as they have been fighting over the same 99 cent bone since we came home last night. however, it was very rainy, and the puppies wanted to nap. so instead we watched tv and napped. laura hung pictures and decorated, but i embraced the lazy theme of the day.
i did do some tae-bo. i forgot how much i enjoy it. i'm not sure of it's aerobic quality, but it's good times. plus i missed billy. billy with the boobies and the package. good times. who knew he could jump around with all that hanging out.
2 am and everyone is asleep. tomorrow i want to make a plan for the week, and do something productive. i really need to get into my classroom, get to the dmv, and get my room looking like someone actually enhabits this space.
