id like to thank my family, God, my friends, and most of all Arbys
I feel so gross… its been like 50 hours or something since my last shower… yuck… but because I wont really be seeing anyone soon, ill be continuing the shower strike… 50 hours at camp would be equal to fresh as a daisy… well camp of yesteryear anyhow, maybe the camp that doesn’t require camp names does require showering on a regular frequent basis… who knows…
Shell is here!!! Woo hoo… after a slight fiasco of me being an hour late to pick her up (yes I realize she had been up over 30 hours and was in a strange airport)… we got home… do you realize how scary the airport is lately? There is no stopping anywhere to pick people up… (and no way to find the glittering diamonds of the advertised on every sign $1 deck parking…) so really the people have to rush into the streets and jump into the cars… and then on every door into the airport there are signs all about the orange level of terrorist threat… basically if I was in australia and all this happened you could find me rocking and balling in some corner… welcome to a new country… hope you don’t get run over and you jump into a car, maybe yours maybe not… if its not your car we just hope the terrorists that are running around rampant don’t get you… shell was not at all fazed and didn’t even seem to notice these things… only the dumb american from “detroit” was scared shitless in her own airport…
That’s about the excitement of my life… we also got kind of turned around on the ride home… but we was all good… and we couldn’t figure out how to call australia… so I just let shell go to sleep and I watched an excellent movie about baseball…
Now Im going to go sit and think of a million reasons not to shower… I already came up with:
*Im not really that dirty
*I shouldn’t waste the water
*What if shell wakes up distraught and cant find me (yeah I give her more credit than this because she probably knows what a shower sounds like, I think they got running water in australia like this week or something)
*This chair is pretty comfortable
*There are better things to do with my time, like nothing
yeah im dirty and shell is smart and I waste water all the time and the chair is kinda digging into my ass and doing nothing is what I always do (same same same same, different is good, thank you arbys for the inspiration to shower)
